Quick, painless, and professional. I was worried about the wait time, but I was in and out within about 30 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant visit compared to other offices I have been to.

Took my mom for a second opinion and so very glad I did. Dr. Chapa was very professional and very honest. If you or your love one gets diagnose with severe hearing loss and they try to sell you a very expensive hearing aid, please get a second opinion or better yet go see Dr. Chapa that will give you the honest truth the first time. The receptionist was also very sweet and professional and the ambiance of the office was very welcoming.

Dr. Roxanna listens to my needs and concerns and takes the time to explain the features of my brand-spanking-new hearing aids. Her administrative assistance Erika is very polite and courteous. I will definitely come back.
